Tamer Class: Spirit. The reason being is that due to the point in his life he's at, I don't think he'd be comfortable working with a partner, nor would he so easily trust one. His current dark mental state would be a danger to a digimon and himself.

Character history: Geoffrey was a young lad during the days of the Great War, who looked up to his father with great respect. When his father was killed transporting Queen Alicia and Prince Elias, he grew a hatred for Overlanders, which only grew worse when he discovered an Ixis artifact. He spoke to Ixis Naugus in the Zone of Silence and was told of Julian Kintobar, Robotnik's, treachery. Secretly he was “guided” in how he would have to save the kingdom. After Robotnik took over Geoffrey trained using his father's manuals, and was taught the ways of Ixis magic by Naugus thus becoming his apprentice. Naugus told Geoffrey that he had found the king and that he swore fealty to Naugus, thus making the wizard the rightful king and giving the young mobian his motivation and goal of preparing for Naugus' return.
Geoffrey made contact with the Rebel Underground, and started leading them in the battle against Robotnik. While leading them he eventually met up with the Knothole Freedom Fighters and fighting alongside them. He trained them and went on missions with them, while having a bit of a crush on Sally. His attitude constantly got him in arguments with Sonic, but they always were able to overturn Robotnik's plans. He was even able to capture one of Robotnik's supply trains after a mission for the use of the Rebel Underground.
Some time later Sally called up Geoffrey to help go into the Zone of Silence and save her father. Geoffrey wanted to go in alone, planning to save Ixis Naugus instead of King Max, but was convinced otherwise. Sally, Sonic, and Geoffrey all went into the zone but were attacked by the King in a corrupted state of mind. Geoffrey pulled Sally out of the Zone while Sonic dealt with the King. After this there was much complications between helping restore the king and Geoffrey getting into fights with people over loyalties, whether it be his own or Uncle Chuck's, who was working as a spy against Robotnik. He briefly left the team with a bitter taste in his mouth.
When he returned he was with a seemingly restored King Max, actually an Auto Automaton made by Robotnik. Geoffrey kept up the game of pretending to serve the royal family while Naugus was still locked away. Geoffrey acted as the King's agent in arresting Sonic for the apparent murder of Sally. When Sonic was found guilty on trial, Geoffrey was the one to escort him do the Devil's Gulag. However SWATbots shot down their transport and Sonic managed to evade Geoffrey, and beat him in a tussle before escaping to Angel Island. Geoffrey followed an briefly convinced Knuckled to help catch Sonic. However, between Espio and Dulcy's inability to lie, Geoffrey and Knuckles got the explanation that Sonic was being framed by Robotnik. With this knowledge Geoffrey went with both Knuckles and Sonic to take down Robotnik for good. The battle concluded with Robotnik falling victim to his own Ultimate Annihilator, Sally found alive, and the duplicate of King Max disposed of. Geoffrey became a member of the King's Secret service and met Hershey shortly after.
After Robotnik's defeat, Geoffrey sabotaged a probe going into the Zone of Silence, allowing Ixis Naugus to be set free along with his servants. Geoffrey had told Naugus beforehand not to come off so strong, but the wizard instead forced his will on aiming to take over the kingdom, not hiding his intentions at all. Geoffrey decided to continue his act of serving the King in an attempt to mop up the mess his Master made. Naugus didn't seem to mind this for whatever reason.
Aiming to stabilize the kingdom for when Naugus returned, Geoffrey reformed the Royal Secret Service, and continued getting into fights with Sonic in his jealousy for the child hero. He travelled along with the Freedom Fighters on a mission to Angel Island, following a fake distress call, and was subdued by Master Mogul. After being freed, and returning to Mobotropolis, he witnessed a spell caused by his master pitting Mobians and Robians against each other, and went about to quickly try to restore order. Soon after he formed a crack team for the Royal Secret service and set out to Angel Island, finding the long lost son of King Max, Elias Acorn, as well as Queen Alicia in Haven. He returned with them both, after giving Elias a once over, not quite believing him the King's son at first.
When Dr. Eggman was on the rise and the kingdom was moved from the ruined Mobotropolis to Knothole, Geoffrey had the displeasure of witnessing Sonic knighted, and was embarrassed at having to work with the Freedom Fighters on missions. After the Sword of Acorns was stolen, and King Max was left paralyzed, Geoffrey manipulated Elias into taking away Sonic's knighthood, and appointing Geoffrey as his adviser. With Elias as his puppet, and now with new power, he had Sonic confined to Knothole under the grounds of him being a child still. However, during a mission to retrieve the Sword of Acorns with his team, he was ambushed and captured by Swatbots, betrayed by Heavy and Bomb, infected with nanites, and had to be rescued by Sonic.
During his treatment to remove the nanites, he reflected on his failings, and felt he had hit rock bottom as not even his Master would respond to his calls- said Master being busy fusing the Zone of Silence and the Void. However, Hershey picked him up when he was down and they started to develop a relationship. After release, he and Hershey set about to find Elias, who had abandoned his post when the kingdom started falling apart due to following Geoffrey's advice. The two found Elias, and his new wife, in the Feral Forest, but could not convince him to return. It wasn't until Sally confronted Elias that the prince decided he'd at least stay in touch.
After the Xorda attack, during Sonic's absence, Geoffrey continued his work for the Kingdom. Going on missions with Hershey to keep Eggman from taking over. However they were captured by the madman after learning of his nuclear weapon stockpile. They managed to escape his grasp, only to be captured again by A.D.A.M's Shadowbots. Eggman allowed the couple a final request before he killed them, and so he decided to get married to Hershey in his final moments. As luck would have it though, Sonic arrived to save them both and defeated the Shadowbots. After getting over his shock, Geoffrey explained what he had learned to Sonic, who raced off to tell Knothole of the news. Following the foiling of Eggman's scheme, he met with Sonic briefly at Mina's concert, before flying off with Hershey to their honeymoon.

On his first seen mission following this, he was sent with Rouge the Bat to investigate the “reformed” Mammoth Mogul's Casino Night Club. The two later teamed up with Amy and Sally to rescue Sonic, who had been captured by Mogul's associates The Destructix. The rescue was a success but they were unable to prove Mogul had a hand in Sonic's kidnapping. They left the casino humiliated, which had all been as planned by Mogul, to discredit his enemies.
Afterwards he was sent on a mission to the United Fediration, while Hershey went off on her own to Soumerca. After his mission was wrapped up, he went out to find Hershey, only to hear from the Felidae that she had died in action. Geoffrey not believing this, ran to investigate the scene where she was presumably killed, but could not find her body. He believed her dead, and so had no longer anything to believe in but his Master, whom he then set about calculating a plan to return him to sanity and power.
When he returned from his mission, he found New Mobotropolis under control of the Iron Dominion. He fled with Amy and Antoine to an underground shelter, and was shocked when encountering “Iron NICOLE”. He was given the low down about how Nicole was working undercover, and aided the freedom fighters in fighting the Iron Dominion while trying to save Rotor and other civilians from being publicly Legionized. They fought against the Dark Legionnaires and Yagyuu Ninjas easily, but the Iron King made the fight impossible to continue. That is until Monkey Khan, Sonic, Sally, and Tails returned from their quest and managed to disband the Yagyu from the Iron Dominion. He aided in the fight with the Iron King and removing the Iron Queen before her arrest.
With the Iron Dominion defeated, and the former king Max growing just a touch senile, Geoffrey became worried for the fate of the kingdom. So he went to the Special Zone with Sonic, aiming to collect a Chaos Emerald under the pretense of it being a mission for Knothole. However, Sonic did all the leg work in the challenge from Feist, and was shot in the back by Geoffrey with a paralyzing arrow. Geoffrey kicked Sonic into the Special Zone, before departing back trough the Star Posts with the Chaos Emerald. He immediately headed to Casino Night Club and haggled with Mogul to let him restore Ixis Naugus to sanity, under the price of it being a hindrance to Sonic. Mogul accepted and with the Chaos Emerald presented to Naugus he regained his former glory and berated his Apprentice for not getting helping him sooner.
At the side of Naugus, Geoffrey returned to Knothole and worked in the shadows with Naugus. During a Forget Me Knots' concert, Naugus used his magic to increase the seeds of doubt spreading through the civilians about Nicole. Although Geoffrey found this distasteful, he did not speak against his master's decision. Taking advantage of the people's fears the following day, Ixis strut into the Council's chambers while Geoffrey held off the Freedom Fighters, while telling them of Hershey's death since they questioned him for following Naugus. Naugus and Geoffrey's explanations and power grabs were put on hold though when the Death Egg attacked.
After “Genesis” occured, Geoffrey stole the crown from Elias head and placed it on Naugus while the people cheered for Naugus when he defeated the Titan Metal Sonic. When Sonic spoke out against Naugus clipping Bunny in the attack, the wizard went to go return her from a crystaline state, when it reversed the effects of Bunny's half roboticization Geoffrey had his master play it up like it was on purpose. However, Geoffrey was soon arrested for treason and kept in holding during the invasion by the Battle Bird Armada. Afterwords he was put through a trial for his crime, and although found guilty he was pardoned by the newly crowned Naugus using the loopholes of the Council's doctrine.
Later, before Elias decided to leave New Mobotropolis, Geoffrey walked in just as Naugus was concluding a chat with Eggman, and his master suggesting bidding his farewells to Elias and his family. Though he was suspicious of his master, perhaps even knowing the deeds he had planned, he did not speak against it. After Antoine was brought back to the Hospital, having been injured in the line of duty protecting Elias and now in a coma, despite Sonic's protest, Geoffrey came to pay his respects. He acknowledged Antoine as a loyal soldier to the kingdom and saluted the comatose coyote before leaving.
Character personality:Geoffrey is egotistical and manipulative, and always believes he has the right of standing at the top. He often belittles and taunts others that argue against him, even under just the pretenses of them being younger and “less experienced”. When not called on truce for a mission, he was usually at arms against Antoine and Sonic, even coming to blows with the former a number of times. Even though he is stricken with jealousy at times, he does know show respect and thanks where it is due.
Geoffrey was somewhat of romantic, moving in on Sally when they first met, although that endeavor was given up on after Sonic and her were officially an item. By that time though he'd had a new partner, Hershey, to hold his attentions. But when she died he suffered heartbreak one too many times at that point, and has likely given up on any sort of serious plays for a relationship. Though this doesn't keep him from trying to keep up his suave demeanor.
The skunk has a severe hatred for humans/Overlanders, since they had been the ones who killed his father. This hatred isn't helped from the manipulations of Ixis Naugus at a young age. Although he's never outwardly expressed his distaste with them, as he did have encounters with the United Fediration enough times during his service. He is smart enough to not just out-and-out attack someone simply for being a human, but unless it's business he's not going to be friendly or anything either.
Geoffrey was inspired by his father to always do what he believes is right. Unfortunately this idea has often led him to appear obnoxious and pushy in some regards. He's gotten into arguments with protocol during missions with Sonic that it's near uncountable. He seemed to lighten up during his time married to Hershey, but that may have been her influence, as he's certainly gotten to be obnoxious again in his convincing people to follow his master.
This of course doesn't mean that Geoffrey isn't sensible, he always tries to carry himself with dignity. And usually his discussions and choices are intelligent and thought through, although he does have a few buttons that set him off. He does his best to hide his true nature, and did so successfully for years, so he isn't dropping the facade anytime soon.
Character abilities: Geoffrey has been training in the element of Ixis wind Magic since he was a child, but due to his self-taught experiences he's nowhere near as good at handling them as his master. His level of skill at manipulating wind is questionable and the only thing he uses semi-regularly is Mist Form, but even then his skills would be called average at best. He's shown the ability to Shadow Travel but he's very poor at it- and risks dry drowning by performing it without Naugus' aid.
He doesn't use his magic usually though, he's much more accustomed to using martial arts. His skills in hand to hand battle are such that he's able to take on all the Freedom Fighters under Sally's command- at once. He's even been able to rival Sonic despite the hero's speed. Along with this he has a wrist mounted crossbow and excellent skills as a marksman. He's pinned down Sonic once or twice with the array of arrows/darts he employs.
Geoffrey is tactical and manipulative. He's been performing espionage and sabotage since he was in his teens. He has assembled and lead teams with a high success rate against his enemies. Technically he's been a spy since even before he was rebelling against Robotnik. Serving under Ixis Naugus, he worked things behind the scenes to make sure the Kingdom was always at its best and primed for his master to take over.

He seemed to lighten up during his time married to Hershey, but that may have been her influence, as he's certainly gotten to be obnoxious again in his convincing people to follow his master.
This of course doesn't mean that Geoffrey isn't sensible, he always tries to carry himself with dignity. And usually his discussions and choices are intelligent and thought through, although he does have a few buttons that set him off. He does his best to hide his true nature, and did so successfully for years, so he isn't dropping the facade anytime soon.
Character abilities: Geoffrey has been training in the element of Ixis wind Magic since he was a child, but due to his self-taught experiences he's nowhere near as good at handling them as his master. His level of skill at manipulating wind is questionable and the only thing he uses semi-regularly is Mist Form, but even then his skills would be called average at best. He's shown the ability to Shadow Travel but he's very poor at it- and risks dry drowning by performing it without Naugus' aid.
He doesn't use his magic usually though, he's much more accustomed to using martial arts. His skills in hand to hand battle are such that he's able to take on all the Freedom Fighters under Sally's command- at once. He's even been able to rival Sonic despite the hero's speed. Along with this he has a wrist mounted crossbow and excellent skills as a marksman. He's pinned down Sonic once or twice with the array of arrows/darts he employs.
Geoffrey is tactical and manipulative. He's been performing espionage and sabotage since he was in his teens. He has assembled and lead teams with a high success rate against his enemies. Technically he's been a spy since even before he was rebelling against Robotnik. Serving under Ixis Naugus, he worked things behind the scenes to make sure the Kingdom was always at its best and primed for his master to take over.
